Ann Schrale graduated with a Bachelor of Law and Bachelor of Arts degree from Macquarie University in 1992. Ann was admitted as a Solicitor in February 1993. Between March 1993 and January 1999 Ann worked as a solicitor at McPhee Kelshaw where she was trained as a family lawyer.
In 1999 Ann left McPhee Kelshaw to specialise in family law and she became an accredited Family Law specialist. Since then she has worked for a number of firms in the Nepean and Parramatta area as a family law specialist.
In 2008 Ann returned to McPhee Kelshaw as an associate filling the vacancy left by David Dunkley's appointment as a Federal Magistrate.
Ann has worked as a family law solicitor for more than 15 years and has worked exclusively in the area of family law since 1999. Ann has acted for clients in family law matters in a variety of Courts including the Family Court, Federal Magistrates Court, Local Court, District Court and Supreme Court. Ann has acted for clients in family law matters including property settlement, family relationships, child support, living arrangements for children (custody), visiting arrangements for children (access), financial agreements, spouse maintenance, step parent and family adoptions, domestic violence and divorce.
Ann brings a very practical, no nonsense and efficient approach to her matters.
